RTQ7883 是一款高度整合的 USB Type-C Power Delivery（USB PD）控制器，內建雙開關（2-Switch）PWM 降壓轉換器，可提供最高 3A 輸出電流，並支援高達 99% 占空比運作，以實現低壓差（Low Dropout）輸出能力。 本產品內建 ARM Cortex-M0 微控制器（MCU），可執行通訊協定處理、PWM 轉換器智慧控制、韌體式保護機制以及客製化功能等多項任務。 RTQ7883 具備硬體保護功能，包括電感峰值電流限制（Inductor Peak Current Limit）、VBUS 過壓保護（VBUS OVP）以及輸出欠壓保護（VO UVP）。這些保護機制可提供更快速的反應速度，並且即使 MCU 尚未啟動時仍可正常運作，進一步提升系統安全性與可靠性。 RTQ7883 僅需少量外部元件及簡單 PCB 佈局，即可為 USB PD 電源供應端（USB PD Provider）應用提供完整且高效的解決方案。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
