RT2101B 是高效率的降壓轉換器，可在 2.95V~6V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，具有 2A 電流負載能力。<BR>RT2101B 在全負載範圍內的輸出電壓精度為 ±2.5%；其工作頻率為 2MHz，容許使用小尺寸的電感；其集成化開關的導通阻抗為 45mΩ，靜態電流消耗為 550μA，使其效率達到了最優化。<br>RT2101B 的欠壓鎖定保護電壓為 2.7V，通過對 EN 端外接電阻網路的可間接實現欠壓鎖定電壓的調節。<br>RT2101B 具有電感電流限制保護、欠壓鎖定保護和過熱關機保護等功能，其過熱保護溫度閾值為 145°C。<br>RT2101B 採用 WQFN-16L 3x3 封裝供貨。
