RT2517B是一款高性能的正電壓調節器，適用於需要超低輸入電壓和在1A 輸出電流下的超低壓差的應用。超低壓差的特性使它非常適合輸出電壓非常接近輸入電壓的應用。它的最低輸入電壓可至2.2V，且輸出電壓是透過外部電阻分壓器來設定。</br>RT2517B可以在輸入電源，負載和溫度的變化中，提供絕佳的輸出電壓調節；也提供電流限制和過溫保護功能。此外，啟用接腳使它在電源關閉時，能進一步降低功耗，電源關閉電流 (Shutdown Current) 可低至1.5μA。</br>RT2517B以SOP-8 (散熱焊盤) 封裝供貨。
