RT2534A/RT2534B 是一款超低壓差線性穩壓器（Ultra-Low-Dropout LDO），可在 0.8V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，並提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。RT2534A 的輸出電壓可調範圍為 0.8V 至 3.6V，而 RT2534B 的輸出電壓可調範圍為 0.6V 至 3.6V。VBIAS 偏壓供電電壓範圍為 2.7V 至 5.5V，即使在輸出電壓接近輸入電壓的情況下，仍可維持高效率穩壓。 RT2534A/RT2534B 提供 EN（Enable）及 PG（Power Good）腳位，不僅可用於系統電源時序控制，也可用於指示輸出電壓狀態。本產品具備反向電流保護功能，可防止輸入電源快速關閉時造成晶片損壞。此外，內建輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、過電流保護（OCP）及過溫保護（OTP），可有效避免異常狀況發生。 RT2534A/RT2534B 採用具備優異散熱能力的 WDFN-10L（3mm × 3mm）封裝。產品規格完整涵蓋接面溫度範圍 -40°C 至 125°C。
