RT2613A是高效率的降壓轉換器，在 2.95V~6V 輸入電壓範圍內，具有3A輸出電流的能力。<br>RT2613A在全輸入和負載範圍內的輸出電壓精度為 ±3%；其工作頻率為 2MHz，容許使用小尺寸的電感；其集成化開關的導通阻抗為 45mΩ，靜態電流消耗為 550μA，使其效率達到了最優化。<br>RT2613A的欠壓鎖定保護電壓為 2.7V。當VIN也同時作為EN端的控制信號時，可以通過對EN端外接電阻網路的不同比值間接實現欠壓鎖定電壓的調節。RT2613A具有電感電流限制、欠壓鎖定和熱關機保護等功能，其過溫保護溫度閾值為 145°C。<br>RT2613A 的封裝是WQFN-16L 3x3。
