使用 VQFN-20L 3.5x4 熱加強封裝的 RT2659 是具備 6V 輸入、6A 輸出能力的同步降壓 DC/DC 轉換器，設計用於 DDR 記憶體匯流排的終端調節器，它具有持續 6A 的電流吐納能力和恒定的 1/2 VDDQ 輸出。它所採用的使用外部補償電路的電流模式 COT 架構賦予其在全負載範圍內的經過優化的瞬態回應能力，並在全輸入、輸出範圍內具有幾乎恒定的開關切換工作頻率。多個不同的過流限制閾值和開關切換工作頻率設定集賦予不同應用優化的電源設計。<Br>通過使用集成化的 20mΩ/10mΩ MOSFET 開關，效率得到了最大化提升；逐週期電流限制保護可對抗輸出短路；輸出電壓對外部輸入的跟蹤功能、輸出端軟放電、Power Good 指示、輸出電壓隨載下降功能都被 RT2659 收納其中。該器件可在 0°C~105°C 溫度範圍內工作，並且都能提供卓越的調節性能，其參考電壓在全溫度範圍內都能保持 ±1% 的精度。
