使用VQFN-20L 3.5x4熱加強封裝的RT2660A具備6V輸入、6A輸出能力的同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，設計用於 DDR 記憶體匯流排的終端調節器，它具有持續6A的電流吐納能力和固定的1/2 VDDQ 輸出。它所採用的使用外部補償電路的電流模式COT架構賦予其在全負載範圍內的經過優化的瞬態回應能力，並在全輸入、輸出範圍內具有幾乎固定的開關切換工作頻率。多個不同的過流限制閾值和開關切換工作頻率設定集賦予不同應用優化的電源設計。<br>通過使用集成化的20mΩ/10mΩ MOSFET開關，效率得到了最大化提升；逐週期電流限制保護可對抗輸出短路；輸出電壓對外部輸入的跟蹤功能、輸出端軟放電、電源狀態指示、輸出與輸入之間的直通功能都被RT2660A收納其中。此外，該器件可在0°C~85°C溫度範圍內工作，並且都能提供卓越的調節性能，其參考電壓在全溫度範圍內都能保持±1%的精準度。
