RT2702 是與 DrMOS 配套使用的高效、大電流同步 Buck 控制器，使用 COT 固定導通時間控制架構，可生成控制 DrMOS 的 PWM 信號，外部電路元件數量少、設計簡單容易，其 FCOT 柔性固定導通時間控制技術對輸入電壓的變化可即時做出回應。它內含的 5V 線性穩壓器可為 DrMOS 供電，其負載能力達 100mA。為兼顧效率和瞬態回應特性，RT2702 在輕載條件下可在兩種模式間進行切換，其一是 ASM 音訊跨越模式以獲得高轉換效率，另一個是具有較好瞬態回應特性的 FCCM 強制電流連續模式。在電流檢測方面，RT2702 既支援傳統的 DCR 網路電感電流檢測，也支援智慧功率級提供的電流監測方法。</br>RT2702 還具有 Power Good 指示、外部可挑的軟啟動設定、軟關機放電功能、精確的電流檢測、使能/禁能控制、過壓保護、欠壓保護、電流限制和過熱關機保護等功能等功能，所有這一切都被集成在 WQFN-16L 3x3 封裝裡。
