RT2853A/RT2853B 是高效能 650kHz、3A 同步降壓轉換器（Step-Down Regulator），內建功率開關與同步整流器。產品採用先進固定導通時間控制（ACOT®）架構，可提供快速暫態響應，並可搭配小容量陶瓷輸出電容穩定運作，無需複雜的外部補償電路，進一步簡化系統設計。 輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 18V，輸出電壓可調範圍為 0.765V 至 7V。專有 ACOT® 控制技術相較於其他快速響應固定導通時間架構，可在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持近乎固定的開關頻率。 由於不需內部時脈控制，RT2853A/RT2853B 對負載暫態變化幾乎可立即反應，使電感電流快速上升以維持輸出穩定，因此無需使用大容量輸出電容。產品特別針對陶瓷輸出電容進行最佳化設計，並可穩定運作。 內建 110mΩ 功率開關及 30mΩ 同步整流 MOSFET，使 RT2853A/RT2853B 具備優異轉換效率，尤其適用於低輸出電壓及低工作占空比應用。 產品內建完整保護功能，包括逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、外部可調軟啟動（Soft-Start）、輸出過壓與欠壓保護（OVP/UVP），以及過溫保護（OTP），可確保各種工作條件下的安全與穩定運作。 RT2853A 與 RT2853B 均採用具散熱焊盤的 WQFN-16L（3mm × 3mm）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
