RT2910A 是一款整合高壓（HV）開關驅動器的 PWM 反相轉換器。高壓開關驅動器可保護負載免受高電壓瞬態衝擊，並在過壓事件發生時，透過控制外部 N 通道 MOSFET 的閘極（Gate）來調節輸出電壓，將輸出限制於安全範圍內，使負載能夠持續正常運作。 RT2910A 同時監測 VHV 與 SNS 腳位之間的壓降，以提供過電流故障保護。內建放大器會將電流感測電壓限制在 50mV。若故障狀況持續存在，外部 MOSFET 將被關閉；經過一段冷卻時間後，閘極驅動訊號會重新啟用，使 MOSFET 再次導通。此外，高壓開關驅動器亦支援背對背 MOSFET（Back-to-Back FET）架構，以防止輸出端產生反向漏電流。 高效率 PWM 反相轉換器可協助設計人員實現低雜訊、小尺寸的負電壓 DC-DC 電源方案。RT2910A 可在 +4V 至 +7V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，並產生 -0.5V 至 -12.5V 的負輸出電壓。 為了降低開關雜訊，RT2910A 採用電流模式固定頻率 PWM 控制架構。開關頻率可透過外接電阻設定於 300kHz 至 800kHz 範圍內。
