RT3601BJ是一款符合IMVP8規範的CPU電源控制器，含有三個電壓軌的控制器：一個MAIN VR 的單相同步Buck控制器；一個輔助VR的2/1相同步Buck控制器；一個VCCSA VR的單相同步Buck控制器。RT3061BJ採用G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> (Green Native AVP) 控制架構，這是立錡專有的源於有限直流增益誤差放大器的一種電流模式控制技術，可以非常容易地對輸出電壓隨載下降的幅度進行調節以滿足Intel CPU對自我調整電壓定位 (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) 的需求。由於擁有G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>控制技術，RT3601BJ具有快速回應機制以便在負載發生瞬態變化時具有最優的AVP性能。RT3601BJ支援在不同的工作狀態之間切換時的模式轉換功能，有一個串列的VID介面可用於它和符合IMVP8規範的CPU進行通訊聯繫，它可以快速、慢速和逐漸變化三種不同的轉換速率支援VID 跳變功能。由於使用G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>架構，RT3601BJ的工作頻率會隨著VID、負載和輸入電壓的不同而發生變化，進一步改善了它的效率表現，即使在CCM模式下也是如此。G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>和CCRCOT (固定電流紋波COT) 技術的結合在整個輸入、輸出範圍內提供了極佳的輸出電壓紋波表現。RT3601BJ內建的高精度DAC將VID編碼轉換為0.25V至1.52V的輸出電壓，級差為5mV，它還內建了高精度的ADC來支援平臺需要的設定功能，諸如快速回應的觸發電平之類的設定均通過此部分完成。設定功能還支援兩個電壓軌的位址交換。RT3601BJ可提供調節器輸出準備好信號，具有完備的各種保護功能如過壓保護、負壓保護、過流保護和欠壓鎖定保護等。RT3601BJ的封裝形式為WQFN-48L 6x6。
