RT3605BE 是為 IMVP8 相容 CPU 提供電源供應的 PWM 控制器，其中包含 3 個電壓軌的控制系統：一個供主 VR 使用的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一個供輔助 VR 使用的 2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一個供 VCCSA VR 使用的單相 Buck 控制器。RT3605BE 採用 G-NAVP™ (Green Native AVP) 控制架構，這是立錡專有的以有限直流增益誤差放大器為基礎的電流模式控制架構，易於設定輸出電壓隨載調節的特性，滿足所有 Intel CPU 對動態電壓調節特性的需求，具有負載瞬變情形下的快速回應機制以優化動態電壓調節性能。它支援各種工作狀態下的模式轉換功能，有可與 Intel IMVP8 相容 CPU 進行通訊的串列 VID 介面，可以快、慢和自然過渡三種不同的方式支援 VID 動態改變（ on-the-fly）的功能。即使在 CCM工作狀態下，其工作頻率亦可隨 VID、負載和輸入電壓的不同而自動調節以實現效率的優化。它將 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT，固定電流紋波固定導通時間）技術與 G-NAVP™ 架構結合於一體，在整個輸入、輸出範圍內都具有卓越的輸出電壓紋波表現。它內建的高精度 DAC 可將串列輸入的 VID 編碼轉換為 0.25V~1.52V 的輸出電壓，級差僅 5mV。它使用高精度的 ADC 完成快速回應觸發閾值設定等平臺設定功能，對外提供 VR Ready 信號輸出，具有完備的故障保護功能如過壓保護、過流保護、欠壓鎖定保護等。其封裝形式為 WQFN-52L 6x6。
