RT3605BT 是可為 IMVP8 相容 CPU 提供三組電源供應的電源控制器：一組提供 MAIN VR 的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一組提供 Auxiliary VR 的 2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器和一組提供 VCCSA VR 的單相同步 Buck 控制器。它採用立錡專有的以有限直流增益誤差放大器為核心的電流控制架構的 G-NAVP™ (Green Native AVP) 技術，具有易於設定電壓隨載下降參數的特性，滿足所有 Intel CPU 對 AVP （Adaptive Voltage Positioning, 自我調整電壓定位）特性的需求，對負載瞬態變化具有快速回應機制，可得到最優化的 AVP 性能。它在各種不同的工作狀態下都支援模式變換，具有可和 Intel IMVP8 相容 CPU 進行串列通信的 VID 介面，支援以快速、慢速和自然變化三種不同的速率實施 VID 即時變換的功能，即使在 CCM 工作模式下的工作頻率在各種不同的 VID、負載和輸入條件下亦可自行變化以取得最佳的效率提升效果。它還將 G-NAVP™ 技術和 CCRCOT （Constant Current Ripple COT，固定電流紋波 COT）技術相結合，可在全輸入、輸出範圍內提供極低的輸出電壓紋波水準。其內建的高精度 DAC 可將 SVID 編碼轉換為 0.25V~1.52V 的輸出電壓，級距僅為 5mV。它所集成的高精度 ADC 可用於各種平臺功能的設定，如可設定快速相應的觸發閾值。它還提供 VR Ready 指示信號輸出，具有包括過壓保護、過流保護和欠壓鎖定保護在內的各種保護性功能，其封裝形式為 WQFN-52L 6x6。
