RT3607CJ 是一款符合 IMVP8 規範的 CPU 電源控制器，包含兩組電壓軌：4/3/2/1 相同步降壓控制器 CORE VR，以及 3/2/1 相同步降壓控制器 AXG VR。RT3607CJ 採用 G-NAVP<sup>TM </sup>（Green Native AVP），這是 Richtek 專有的拓撲架構，由具有限 DC 增益的 EA 放大器結合電流模式控制所衍生，可輕鬆設定 droop，以滿足所有 Intel CPU 對 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）的要求。基於 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓撲，RT3607CJ 亦具備快速反應機制，可在負載暫態期間優化 AVP 效能。RT3607CJ 支援具多種操作狀態的模式轉換功能。RT3607CJ 內建序列 VID（SVID）介面，可與符合 Intel IMVP8 規範的 CPU 通訊。RT3607CJ 支援即時 VID 調整功能，並提供三種不同的轉換速率：Fast、Slow 與 Decay。透過 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓撲，RT3607CJ 的操作頻率會隨 VID、負載與輸入電壓而變化，即使在 CCM 下也能進一步提升效率。此外，採用 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT）技術的 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 可在整個輸入/輸出範圍內提供優異的輸出電壓漣波表現。內建高精度 DAC 可將 0.25V 至 1.52V 範圍的 SVID 碼以每階 5mV 進行轉換。RT3607CJ 整合高精度 ADC，用於平台設定功能，例如快速反應觸發位準或過電流位準。此外，該設定功能也支援這兩組電壓軌的位址交換。RT3607CJ 提供 VR ready 輸出訊號。它亦具備完整的故障保護功能，包括過電壓（OV）、負電壓（NV）、過電流（OC）及欠電壓鎖定（UVLO）。RT3607CJ 採用 WQFN-56L 6x6 小尺寸封裝。
