RT3613EB 是為使用串列 VID 控制介面、相容 Intel IMVP9 規格的 CPU 設計的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，它採用以有限直流增益誤差放大器為基礎的電流模式控制架構這一立錡專有的 G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP> 拓撲，具有易於設定輸出電壓隨載下降參數的特性，完全滿足 Intel CPU 所需要的 AVP (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) 特性，具有全新的 AQR(Adaptive Quick Response) 自我調整快速回應機制，可確保在負載發生瞬變時保持卓越的 AVP 性能，減少電容器數量。它支援在不同的運行狀態下切換工作模式，有串列 VID 介面可與 Intel IMVP9 相容 CPU 進行通訊，可以快、慢、自然變化三種不同的轉換速度支援 VID 動態變換功能。其工作頻率可根據 VID、負載狀況和輸入電壓的不同自行變化，即使在電流連續模式下也能得到最佳的效率表現。其 G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP> 控制拓撲中還集合了 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT, 定電流紋波COT）技術，使其輸出紋波表現在整個輸入/輸出範圍內都很卓越。其內建高精度 DAC 可將 VID 編碼轉換為 0V~2.74V 電壓，級差為 10mV。它集成了可完成平臺和功能設定的高精度 ADC，可設置ICCMAX、工作頻率、過流保護閾值、AQR 觸發閾值等參數。它還提供 VR Ready 和過熱指示信號，具有完備的故障保護功能如過壓保護、欠壓保護、過流保護和欠壓鎖定保護等。
