RT3634CE 是一款符合 IMVP9.2 規範的 CPU 電源控制器，包含三組電壓軌：用於 VCCCORE VR 的 4 相同步降壓控制器、用於 VCCGT VR 的 3 相同步降壓控制器，以及用於 VCCSA VR 的 1 相同步降壓控制器。每組電壓軌的輸出皆可配置為支援所需的相位分配，最高相數為 VCCCORE 4 相、VCCGT 3 相及 VCCSA 1 相。例如，RT3634CE 支援 4+3+1、4+2+1、3+2+1 等輸出操作。RT3634CE 採用 Smart Phase Management（SPM）功能，以在所有負載範圍內達到最高效率。自動加相/減相的閾值可透過 I<sup>2</sup>C 協定介面由使用者設定。RT3634CE 採用 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>（Green Native AVP），這是 Richtek 專有的拓撲架構，由具有限 DC 增益的 EA 放大器結合電流模式控制所衍生，可輕鬆設定 droop，以滿足所有 Intel CPU 對 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）的要求。基於 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓撲，RT3634CE 具備新一代快速反應機制（Adaptive Quick Response, AQR），可在負載暫態期間優化 AVP 效能並減少輸出電容。RT3634CE 支援具多種操作狀態的模式轉換功能。內建序列 VID（SVID）介面，可與符合 Intel IMVP9.2 規範的 CPU 通訊。RT3634CE 提供內建非揮發性記憶體（NVM），用於平台設定功能，例如 ICCMAX、切換頻率或 AQR 觸發位準。RT3634CE 提供 VR ready 輸出訊號。它亦具備完整的故障保護功能，包括過電壓（OV）、過電流（OC）、欠電壓（UV）及欠電壓鎖定（UVLO）。RT3634CE 採用 WQFN-60L 7x7 footprint 封裝。
