RT3635BE 是供 IMVP9.2 相容 CPU 使用的內核供電控制器，其中包含為 VCCCORE 供電的 5 相同步 Buck 控制器、為 VCCGT 供電的 2 相同步 Buck 控制器和為 VCCSA 供電的單相同步 Buck 控制器，它們的實際使用相數都是可選擇的，因而可以支援 5+2+1、4+2+1、3+2+1 相等配置。它又同時具有智慧相數管理的特性，可在所有負載範圍內選擇適合的工作相數以實現效率的最大化，相數增減的閾值可通過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面進行設定並在被觸及時完成相數的自動增減。它採用立錡專有的以有限直流增益誤差放大器為基礎的電流模式 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 控制架構，易於設定輸出電壓隨載下降幅度以滿足 Intel CPU 對 AVP 自我調整電壓定位的需求，具有全新的 AQR 自我調整快速回應機制以優化負載瞬變期間的 AVP 特性，減少了對輸出電容的需求。它在各種工作狀態下都支援工作模式的改變，通過內建的 SVID 序列介面即可與 Intel IMVP9.2 相容 CPU 進行通訊。其內建非動態記憶體可存儲 ICCMAX、工作頻率和 AQR 觸發閾值等平臺參數，具有 VR Ready 輸出信號，具有包括過壓、過流、欠壓、欠壓閉鎖等完整的故障保護機制，以 WQFN-60L 7x7 封裝形式出貨。建議結面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
