RT3667BE 是 4 + 2 相 PWM 控制器，符合 AMD SVI2 電壓調節器規格，用於為 CPU 內核 (VDD) 和其北橋部分 (VDDNB) 供電。它採用立錡專有的 G-NAVP (Green-Native AVP) 技術和 CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple Constant On-Time，固定電流漣波固定導通時間) 控制架構，易於設定、控制，可滿足 AMD AVP (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) VDD/VDDNB 的所有要求。其壓降特性可通過對誤差放大器的直流增益進行設定而實現；使用適當的補償設計，符合 AVP 性能要求的瞬態回應特性也很容易獲得；通過雙方之間的控制介面，控制器也可很容易地將 VOTF 完成資訊、VDD 和 VDDNB 的電壓、電流編碼資訊傳遞給 CPU。RT3667BE 可在單相和二極體模擬模式下操作，並根據不同的加載條件在不同模式下達到90%的效率。RT3667BE 通過引腳設定提供專用偏移功能。它也提供 Power Good 指示、過流指示 (OCP_L) 和用於 AMD SVI2 CPU 內核及 NB 的雙 OCP 機制，還具有故障保護功能，包含過壓、欠壓和負壓保護等。
