RT3667BQ是4相+2相的PWM控制器，符合AMD SVI2電壓調節器規範，可為CPU提供內核電源VDD和北橋電源VDDNB。它使用CCRCOT（恒定電流紋波COT）和立錡專有的GNAVP™技術，易於設定其各項參數以符合AMD CPU對AVP（Active Voltage Positioning，動態電壓定位）的需求：通過對誤差放大器的直流增益進行設定即可得到所需的輸出電壓隨載下降特性；通過適當的補償即可使負載瞬態回應滿足最佳AVP性能的需求。它可以經過通訊介面發送VOTF完成信號、經過數位化編碼的VDD/VDDNB電壓、電流參數值。它能以單相模式和二極體模擬模式工作，各種不同工作模式和負載條件下的轉換效率均可高達90%以上。通過引腳即可設定具有特定目的的偏移資料。它還具有Power Good指示、過流指示輸出和雙重過流保護機制，具有過壓保護、欠壓保護和負壓保護等特性。
