RT4723是將Boost轉換器、線性穩壓器和反相電荷泵集成于一體以生成正、負壓輸出的器件，其負壓輸出可經由SWIRE介面協定以100mV的級差在-0.6V~-2.4V間進行調整，它通過使用自動進行模式轉換的-0.33x / -0.5x分壓電荷泵來維持其效率的最大化，輸入電壓為範圍為2.5V ~ 4.6V，是單節鋰離子電池供電產品驅動AMOLED產品的理想選擇，其電流輸出能力高達55mA，使用WL-CSP-15B 1.39x2.07 (BSC)封裝，具有極佳的空間使用效率。
