RT4801H 是一款高度整合的升壓、LDO 與反相電荷泵解決方案，可產生正、負輸出電壓。輸出電壓可透過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面協定，以 100mV 階距在 ±4V 至 ±6V 之間調整。RT4801H 的輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V 至 5.5V，針對單顆電池供電產品進行最佳化，並可支援最高 80mA 的對稱輸出電流。RT4801H 採用 WL-CSP-15B 1.31x2.07 (BSC) 封裝。<br /><br />建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
