RT4803 能在電池電壓低於系統所用電壓調節器件需要的最低電壓時將電池電量挖掘出來供系統使用，使化學電池的優勢得到充分的發揮，其內部集成有功率開關和同步整流開關，靜態耗電低，為鋰離子電池的應用提供了一個非常緊湊的解決方案。</br>RT4803 的核心是一個 Boost 轉換器，鋰離子電池供電時的最大負載能力達 2A，關機模式下的電流消耗低於 1μA，同時又支援以直通模式工作，兩個模式間可以平滑切換，可以最大限度延長電池使用時間。</br>RT4803 以 WL-CSP-16B 1.67x1.67 (BSC) 封裝供貨。
