RT4822 是將功率開關、同步續流開關等全部集成了的帶有旁通功能的同步 Boost 轉換器，可在鋰離子電池供電的系統中使用以確保電池電壓低於系統需求時仍能將電池剩餘電量提取出來供系統使用，達成儘量延長電池使用時間的目的。它在 Boost 模式下的最大供電能力可達 1500mA，關機模式下的電流消耗低於 1μA，旁通模式與 Boost 模式之間的切換順滑流暢，強制其進入旁通模式可降低其靜態電流消耗。其封裝形式為 WL-CSP-9B 1.3x1.2 (BSC)。
