RT4841 是一款具備輸出隔離 MOSFET 的同步升壓轉換器（Synchronous Boost Converter），專為主動矩陣薄膜電晶體（TFT）液晶顯示器（LCD）應用而設計。 本產品採用電流模式固定頻率脈波寬度調變（PWM）控制架構，並整合高效率同步升壓轉換器，內建 80mΩ 功率開關及 80mΩ 同步整流開關，可在 TFT-LCD 應用中實現高效率、小尺寸及快速暫態響應。此外，RT4841 內含一組 ISO MOSFET 控制器，可用於升壓轉換器的電源啟動時序控制（Power-On Sequence）。 RT4841 支援 8.6V 至 15.9V 的寬輸入電壓範圍，並具備最小 5A 的開關電流能力，可滿足高效能顯示器供電需求。 RT4841 採用 WQFN-20L（4mm × 4mm）封裝。
