RT5715A 是一款 2A 高效率同步降壓轉換器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant-On-Time，ACOT®）架構。產品可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，輸出電壓可設定於 0.45V 至 VIN 之間，以滿足各類低壓供電需求。 RT5715A 內建低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，並採用低靜態電流設計，因此能在廣泛負載範圍內維持優異的轉換效率。先進 ACOT® 控制架構可在各種負載條件下提供優異的暫態響應能力，並允許使用較少的外部元件與輸出電容，有效降低系統成本及電路板面積。 本產品支援最高 2.7MHz 的開關頻率，可大幅縮小輸出電感與電容尺寸，適合空間受限的高密度電源設計應用。 RT5715A 內建完整保護機制，包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、過電流保護（OCP）以及過溫關機保護（Thermal Shutdown），提升系統可靠性與安全性。 逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）可有效防止輸出短路造成損壞，而軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能則可抑制啟動期間的輸入湧入電流，確保系統平穩啟動。 RT5715A 採用 WDFN-8SL 2mm × 2mm 封裝。
