RT5735為一個具有兩個集成的MOSFET的5.5V、5A同步降壓恆定導通時間(COT)電流模式轉換器。RT5735透過整合MOSFET實現小體積的設計，並採用電流模式控制，以減少外部元件數。最高開關頻率達2.4MHz，可以降低電感的體積大小，並使IC封裝最小化至WL-CSP-20B 1.6x2 (BSC)。RT5735提供各種負載下精確的± 1％參考電壓（ VREF）通過集成34mΩ/18mΩ MOSFETs和70μA典型靜態電流效率得以最大化。使用使能引腳進入關斷模式，關斷電源電流小於2μA。輸出電壓啟動斜坡由慢啟動引腳(slow start pin)控制。當輸出在90%至95%的額定電壓時，漏極開路電源良好信號指示輸出。
