RT5751C/D 是簡單易用的、輸入電壓範圍為 2.8V-6V、負載能力為 1.5A 的同步 Buck 轉換器，它內含 0.6V 高精度參考電壓源，集成低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率開關，使用 WDFN-6L 2x2 、TSOT-23-5 和 TSOT-23-6 封裝。<BR>RT5751C/D 採用 ACOT<SUP>®</SUP> 改進型固定導通時間控制架構，外部元件少，瞬態回應速度快，在全輸入、輸出和負載範圍內的工作頻率幾乎保持不變。在輕載條件下，RT5751C 工作於自動 PSM 模式以維持高轉換效率，RT5751B 工作於強制 PWM 模式以滿足應用對輸出電壓調整特性的需求。<BR>RT5751C/D 對上、下橋之電流均進行檢測以實現強勁的過流保護，逐週期進行的電流限制可確保器件在輸出短路、過流或電感飽和時仍能安全無虞。其內建的軟啟動功能可避免啟動期間的電流衝擊。它還具有輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護和過熱保護等功能，在各種工作條件下都可確保安全和平穩的運作。
