RT5760A/RT5760B/RT5760C/RT5760D 是一款簡單易用的 1A 同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V 至 6V。產品內建精準的 0.6V 參考電壓，並整合低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可在小型 SOT-563（FC）封裝中實現高轉換效率。 RT5760A/B/C/D 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架構，僅需少量外部元件即可提供超快速暫態響應，並能在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持近乎固定的開關頻率。 RT5760A 與 RT5760C 採用自動省電模式（PSM），可於輕載條件下維持高轉換效率；RT5760B 與 RT5760D 則採用強制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），有助於滿足對輸出電壓穩定度要求較高的應用需求。 RT5760A/B/C/D 可同時監測高側與低側 MOSFET 電流，以提供可靠的過電流保護功能。產品具備逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止因輸出短路、過電流或電感飽和等異常狀況所造成的元件損壞。 此外，內建軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能可有效抑制啟動期間的湧入電流。產品亦整合輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）及過溫保護（OTP），確保在各種工作條件下皆能安全且穩定運作。
