RT5797A 是一款高效率同步降壓轉換器。其輸入電壓範圍為 2.7V 至 6V，並可提供 0.6V 至 3.4V 的可調式穩壓輸出電壓，同時提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。此元件整合同步低導通電阻功率開關，可提升效率並省去外部蕭特基二極體。其採用具內部補償的電流模式固定導通時間（Current Mode Constant-On-time，CMCOT）運作，可在廣泛的負載與輸出電容範圍內最佳化暫態響應。RT5797A 提供 WDFN-8L 2x2 與 WDFN-8SL 2x2 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
