RT6160A 是一款高效率、單電感且採用先進固定導通時間（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT<sup>®</sup>）的單晶片同步降壓升壓轉換器，可在 2.2V 至 5.5V 範圍內提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。其可良好調節 2.025V 至 5.2V 的數位可程式輸出電壓，無論輸入電壓低於、高於甚至等於輸出電壓，皆適用於廣泛的輸入電源應用。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架構具備出色的線路/負載暫態響應、降壓與升壓模式之間的無縫轉換，並可搭配小型陶瓷輸出電容穩定運作，無需複雜的外部補償。RT6160A 具備 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面，可進行輸出電壓、超音波模式控制、軟啟動斜率調整與元件狀態監控等可程式設定。目標輸出電壓亦可透過外部 VSEL 接腳切換，以執行動態電壓調整（DVS），且 DVS 的上升斜率與斜率模式也可透過設定相關暫存器進行配置。RT6160A 以自動 PFM 運作，並具備典型值 2μA 的低靜態電流設計，可在輕載運作期間維持高效率。在較高負載時，元件會自動切換至 2.2MHz 固定頻率控制，可透過小型封裝濾波元件輕鬆平滑開關漣波電壓。此外，整合式低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 功率 MOSFET 在重載條件下具備優異效率。在關斷模式下，供應電流典型值為 0.1μA，對降低功耗相當出色。若需要固定頻率，可停用 PFM 模式。RT6160A 提供小型 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3 (BSC) 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
