RT6160F 是一款高效率、單電感、採用 ACOT®（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制的單晶片同步升降壓（buck-boost）轉換器，可在 2.2V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。其可穩壓數位可程式化的輸出電壓，範圍為 2.025V 至 5.2V，因此適用於各式輸入供電應用情境，不論輸入電壓低於、高於或等於輸出電壓皆可使用。ACOT® 控制架構具備優異的線路/負載瞬態響應、升壓與降壓模式間的無縫轉換，並可在不需要複雜外部補償的情況下，搭配小型陶瓷輸出電容提供穩定運作。RT6160F 內建 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面，可用於輸出電壓可程式化、超音波模式控制、VOUT DVS 轉換斜率（slew-rate）調整，以及裝置狀態監控。目標輸出電壓亦可透過外部 VSEL 腳位切換以執行 DVS（dynamic voltage scaling），且 DVS 的上升斜率與斜坡模式可透過設定相關暫存器來配置。RT6160F 具備自動 PFM（Pulse Frequency Modulation）模式，採用低靜態電流設計，典型值僅 3μA，可在輕載運作時維持高效率。在較高負載下，裝置會自動切換至 2.2MHz 固定頻率控制，可使用小型封裝的濾波元件有效平滑開關漣波電壓。其整合的低 RDS(ON) 功率 MOSFET 在重載條件下展現優異效率。在關斷模式下，供應電流典型值為 0.1μA，有助於降低功耗；若需要固定頻率，亦可停用 PFM 模式。RT6160F 採用小型 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3（BSC）封裝。建議的接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
