RT6166 是一款高效率、單電感且採用先進恆定導通時間（ACOT<SUP>®</SUP>）架構的單晶片同步升降壓轉換器，可在 2V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內提供高達 3A 的輸出電流。它可調節 1.8V 至 4.975V 的可數位編程輸出電壓，使其適用於廣泛的輸入電源應用，無論輸入電壓是低於、高於或等於輸出電壓皆可。ACOT<SUP>®</SUP> 控制架構具備出色的輸入電壓 / 負載暫態響應、降壓與升壓模式之間的無縫轉換，並且無需複雜的外部補償，即可搭配小型陶瓷輸出電容提供穩定運作。RT6166 配備 I<SUP>2</SUP>C 介面，可用於可編程輸出電壓、超音波模式控制、VOUT DVS 轉換速率調整，以及裝置狀態監測。目標輸出電壓也可透過外部 VSEL 腳位切換，以執行 DVS（動態電壓調整），且 DVS 的上升轉換速率與斜坡模式可透過設定相關暫存器進行配置。RT6166 採用自動 PFM（脈衝頻率調變）模式運作，具備典型值為 4μA 的低靜態電流設計，可在輕載運作期間維持高效率。在較高負載下，該裝置會自動切換至 2.2MHz 固定頻率控制，並可透過小型封裝濾波元件有效平滑切換漣波電壓。整合式低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 功率 MOSFET 在重載條件下展現出優異效率。在關機模式下，供應電流典型值為 0.1μA，有助於降低功耗。若需要固定頻率，可停用 PFM 模式。RT6166 採用精巧的 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3（BSC）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
