RT6190 是針對 USB-PD 應用的需要開發的 4 開關雙向 Buck-Boost 控制器，可在 4.5V~36 V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，輸出電壓可在 3V~36V 進行調節。其控制架構為峰值電流模式，能以可程式控制的恒流、恒壓輸出支援 USB-PD 3.0 SPR 模式和 3.1 EPR 模式應用。它內建有電荷泵電路，可對外接的低成本 N 型 MOSFET 開關進行控制實現電源路徑管理。它含有 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面，通過它可對其輸出電壓/電流參數、工作頻率和纜線壓降補償參數進行設定。它還同時具有完善的保護性設計，其中包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護、過壓和欠壓保護、逐週期電流限制、短路保護和過熱保護等。其封裝形式為 WQFN-40L 5x5。
