RT6191A 是供 USB-PD 應用使用的 Buck 控制器，可在 4.5V-36V 輸入電壓範圍內使用，輸出電壓可調範圍為 3V-36V。RT6191A 採用峰值電流模式控制架構，可以可程式控制的定電壓和定電流輸出支援 USB PD3.0 SPR 模式和 28V USB PD3.1 EPR 模式。它內置電荷泵，可驅動低成本的 N-MOSFET 路徑開關。利用其帶有的 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面，RT6191A 的許多參數如輸出電壓、電流、工作頻率、纜線壓降補償等均可進行程式控制。它也集成了完整的保護性功能如輸入欠壓閉鎖保護、過壓/欠壓保護、逐週期電流限制保護、短路保護和過熱保護等。其出貨封裝形式為 WQFN-40L 5x5。
