RT6214A/RT6214B 是一款簡單易用的 3A 同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 18V。產品內建低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可在小型 SOT-23 封裝中實現高轉換效率，並內建高精度參考電壓（依產品型號提供 0.765V 或 0.8V）。 RT6214A/RT6214B 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT™）架構，僅需少量外部元件即可提供超快速暫態響應，並能在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持近乎固定的開關頻率。 RT6214A 採用自動省電模式（PSM），可在輕載運作時維持高效率；RT6214B 則採用強制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），可滿足嚴格的輸出電壓穩定度要求。 RT6214A/RT6214B 可同時偵測高側與低側 MOSFET 電流，以提供可靠的過電流保護。產品具備逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止輸出短路、過電流或電感飽和等異常情況對系統造成損害。 TSOT-23-6 系列內建軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能，可有效抑制啟動期間的湧入電流；TSOT-23-8 系列則提供可程式化軟啟動功能，只需於外部 SS 腳位連接電容即可設定啟動時間。 此外，產品亦整合輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）及過溫保護（Thermal Shutdown），以確保各種工作條件下的安全與穩定運作。 RT6214A/RT6214B 提供 TSOT-23-6（FC）及 TSOT-23-8（FC）封裝。
