RT6236A/B 是一款 650kHz、6A 同步降壓穩壓器，內建功率開關與同步整流器。其採用先進的 ACOT™（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制架構，可提供快速瞬態響應，並在搭配小型陶瓷輸出電容的情況下維持穩定運作，且無需複雜的外部補償電路。輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 18V，輸出電壓可於 0.7V 至 8V 之間調整。專有的 ACOT™ 控制技術相較於其他快速響應定導通時間架構具有更佳性能，能在不同輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓條件下維持近乎固定的開關頻率。由於無內建時脈，因此能對負載瞬變作出近乎即時的響應，並使電感電流快速上升以維持輸出穩壓，而無需使用大型輸出電容。RT6236A/B 專為陶瓷輸出電容最佳化設計，具備優異的穩定性。內建 51mΩ 高側開關與 18mΩ 同步整流器，使其在各類應用中均能實現高效率表現，特別適用於低輸出電壓及低占空比應用。產品還具備逐週期電流限制保護，可防止輸出短路，並提供輸入欠電壓鎖定（UVLO）、可外部調整的軟啟動、輸出欠電壓保護、輸出過電壓保護及過溫關機保護，確保在各種工作條件下皆能安全且穩定地運作。RT6236A/B 採用帶散熱焊盤的 UQFN-13JL 2mm × 3mm（FC）封裝。
