RT6245 是輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V~17V、負載能力高達 14A 的高性能同步 Buck 轉換器，其輸出電壓可通過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面輸入的 7 位元 VID 資料在 0.4375V~1.3875V 間進行調節。<br>RT6245 採用改進型固定導通時間 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架構，具有超快瞬態回應速度，週邊元件少 ，穩態工作期間的工作頻率幾乎恒定不變，不受輸入電壓、負載大小和輸出電壓的影響，易於簡化 EMI 濾波器的設計。<br>輕載時，RT6245A 自動進入 PSM 工作模式以維持其高轉換效率。<br>RT6245 的工作頻率、電流限制閾值和輸出電壓的變化速度可通過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面進行選擇，獨立的使能控制端和 Power Good 指示信號可方便進行時序控制設計，設計者亦可通過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面發出使能 和關機的命令。<br>為了控制啟動期間的電流衝擊，器件提供了在 SS 端外接電容進行軟啟動調節的方式，它還具有逐週期電流限制保護、過壓保護、欠壓保護、輸入欠壓鎖定保護和過熱保護等功能。<br>RT6245 使用熱性能良好的 VQFN-19L 3.5x3.5 (FC) 封裝供貨。
