RT6254A/RT6254B 是一款高效能同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，可在 4.5V 至 18V 的輸入電壓範圍下提供最高 4A 的輸出電流。產品整合低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精準的 0.6V 參考電壓以及自舉電路所需的內建二極體，可提供相當精巧的電源解決方案。 RT6254A/RT6254B 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架構，可提供超高速暫態響應，同時進一步減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作下，ACOT® 控制能於輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變動範圍內維持近乎固定的開關頻率，使 EMI 濾波器設計更加容易。 本產品提供獨立的使能控制（EN）輸入腳位，方便進行電源時序控制；TSOT-23-8 版本另提供 Power Good 狀態指示功能。為控制啟動期間的湧入電流，產品內建固定 1.5ms 軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能。 RT6254A/RT6254B 同時整合完整保護機制，包括逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）以及過溫保護（OTP），確保系統在各種工作條件下皆能安全穩定運作。 RT6254A/RT6254B 提供 TSOT-23-6（FC）及 TSOT-23-8（FC）封裝。
