RT6263A/RT6263B 是一款簡單易用的 3A 同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 17V。產品內建高精度參考電壓，並整合低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可提供優異的轉換效率。 RT6263A/RT6263B 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架構，僅需少量外部元件即可實現超快速暫態響應，並能在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持接近固定的開關頻率。RT6263A 採用自動省電模式（PSM），可於輕載條件下維持高效率運作；RT6263B 則採用強制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），有助於滿足嚴格的輸出電壓穩定度要求。 RT6263A/RT6263B 可同時偵測高側與低側 MOSFET 電流，提供可靠的過電流保護（OCP）。產品具備逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止因輸出短路、過電流或電感飽和等異常狀況造成元件損壞。透過在外部 SS 腳位連接電容，可實現可程式化軟啟動功能，以控制啟動期間的湧入電流。 此外，產品亦整合輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）及過溫保護（OTP），確保在各種操作條件下皆能安全且穩定運作。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
