RT6280A/B 是一款簡單、易於使用的 10A 同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，輸入電源電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 23V。此元件內建精準的 0.6V 參考電壓，並整合低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 功率 MOSFET，可在 UQFN-12HL 3x3 封裝中實現高效率。RT6280A/B 採用先進恆定導通時間（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架構，可透過少量外部元件提供超快速暫態響應，並在整個線路、負載與輸出電壓範圍內以近乎恆定的切換頻率運作。RT6280A/B 在自動 PSM 下運作，可在輕載運作期間維持高效率。RT6280A/B 在 Forced PWM 下運作，有助於滿足嚴格的電壓調節精度要求。RT6280A/B 可感測兩個 FET 的電流，以實現穩健的過電流保護。其具備逐週期電流限制保護，並可防止元件在輸出短路、過電流或電感飽和時發生災難性損壞。內建軟啟動功能可防止啟動期間的湧入電流。此元件亦包含輸入欠壓鎖定、輸出欠壓保護、過壓保護與過溫保護（熱關斷），可在所有運作條件下提供安全且平順的運作。RT6280A/B 提供 UQFN-12HL 3x3 (FC) 封裝。
