RT6300F/RT6300FH 是一款專為 LPDDR5 與 LPDDR5X 記憶體設計的整合式電源管理 IC（PMIC）。本產品整合兩組降壓轉換器，包括 VDD2H（1.065V/8A）與 VDDQ（0.52V 或 0.32V/3A）、一組 VDD2L 線性穩壓器（0.92V/1.5A），以及一組 VDD1 負載開關（1.8V/1A）。RT6300F/RT6300FH 支援透過 VDD2L 與 1-bit VID 介面動態調整 VDDQ 輸出電壓，以滿足 LPDDR5/LPDDR5X 記憶體對 DVFSC 與 DVFSQ 的應用需求。 RT6300F/RT6300FH 採用先進的 ACOT®（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制架構，可提供極快的瞬態響應並減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作期間，ACOT® 能於輸入電壓、負載電流及輸出電壓變化時維持近乎固定的開關頻率，有助於簡化 EMI 濾波器設計。在輕載條件下，裝置會進入二極體模擬模式（DEM），以提升輕載效率。 本產品支援多種操作模式，包括 S0、S3 與 S4/S5，可透過 EN 與 EN_VDDQ 控制訊號進行切換。此外，RT6300F/RT6300FH 內建完整保護功能，包括逐週期電流限制（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、過電壓保護（OVP）、欠電壓保護（UVP）、輸入欠壓鎖定（UVLO）及過溫保護（OTP）。所有功能均整合於 WQFN 3mm × 3mm 19-pin（FC）封裝中，建議接面工作溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
