RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 是一款專為 LPDDR5 與 LPDDR5X 記憶體設計的整合式電源管理 IC 解決方案。產品內建兩組降壓穩壓器與一組負載開關，可提供記憶體系統所需的多組電源軌。其中 VDD2 可提供最高 8A 輸出電流，RT6301C/RT6301CH 的輸出電壓為 1.065V，而 RT6301D/RT6301DH 的輸出電壓為 1.05V；VDDQ 可提供 0.52V 或 0.32V 輸出電壓及最高 3A 輸出電流；VDD1 則為 1.8V、1A 負載開關輸出。 RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 採用先進固定導通時間控制架構，可提供極快速的暫態響應能力，並有效減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作期間，可於輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持接近固定的開關頻率，有助於簡化 EMI 濾波器設計。 在輕載條件下，產品會自動進入二極體模擬模式，以提升輕載效率並降低功耗。此外，產品支援多種電源狀態，包括 S0、S3 及 S4/S5 模式，並可透過 EN 與 EN_VDDQ 控制腳位進行管理。 為確保系統安全性與可靠性，RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 內建完整保護功能，包括逐週期限流保護、過壓保護、欠壓保護、輸入欠壓鎖定保護以及過溫保護。 所有功能均整合於 WQFN-19L 3mm × 3mm 封裝中。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
