RT6323B/RT6323BH 是一款高效率同步降壓轉換器，具備 600kHz 偽恆定切換頻率，可提供高達 8A 連續輸出電流與 10A 峰值輸出電流。RT6323B/RT6323BH 可在 3V to 23V 輸入電壓下運作。其支援 2-bit VID 與低功耗模式 (LPM#)，可動態改變輸出電壓，以滿足 VDD_MEM 應用需求。RT6323B/RT6323BH 採用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架構，可提供超快速暫態響應，並進一步減少外部元件數量。在穩態下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在輸入電壓、負載與輸出電壓範圍內以近乎恆定的切換頻率運作，並簡化 EMI 濾波器設計。RT6323B/RT6323BH 在輕載條件下以二極體模擬模式 (DEM) 運作，可提供最佳輕載效率。RT6323B/RT6323BH 提供 Power-Good 指示器，便於系統時序控制。其亦整合完整保護功能，包括逐週期電流限制、OVP、UVP、輸入 UVLO 與 OTP。所有功能皆整合於 VQFN-13L 2x3 (FC) 封裝中。建議接面溫度範圍為 from −40°C to 125°C。
