RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 是一款同步降壓轉換器，採用擬固定 600kHz 切換頻率設計，支援最高 8A 連續輸出電流。元件可在 3V 至 23V 的寬輸入電壓範圍內運作，並支援 2-bit VID 與低功耗模式（LPM#），適用於 VDD_MEM 應用中的動態輸出電壓調整。此元件採用 Advanced Constant On-Time（ACOT®）控制架構，可提供超高速瞬態響應，同時減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作下，ACOT® 架構可於不同輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓條件下維持近似固定的切換頻率，簡化 EMI 濾波器設計。為提升輕載效率，RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 支援二極體模擬模式（DEM），並內建展頻功能（Spread Spectrum），有助於降低可聽噪音。元件同時整合 Power-Good（PGOOD）指示訊號，以簡化系統時序控制。此外，裝置具備完整保護功能，包括逐週期電流限制（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting）、過壓保護（OVP）、欠壓保護（UVP）、輸入欠壓鎖定（UVLO）及過溫保護（OTP）。RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 採用緊湊型 VQFN 2mm × 3mm 13-pin (FC) 封裝，建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
