RT6339 系列產品是負載能力高達 11A、以 500kHz 基本穩定的頻率工作的高效同步 Buck 轉換器，RT6339A/B/D 和 RT6339AH/BH/DH 的輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V-23V，RT6339A/AH/D/DH 的輸出電壓可調範圍為 0.6V-5.5V，RT6339B/BH 的輸出電壓為固定的 3.3V，RT6339C/CH 的輸入電壓範圍為 5.2V-23V、輸出電壓為固定的 5.1V。</br>RT6339 系列產品採用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 改進型固定導通時間控制架構，具有超快瞬態回應速度，週邊元件數量很少，穩態工作頻率在整個輸入、輸出範圍內都基本保持恒定，對簡化 EMI 濾波器設計非常有利。通過對 EN/MODE 端電壓的設定即可選擇 RT6339 在輕載條件下以 DEM 二極體模擬模式或以 USM 超聲模式工作。超聲模式下的工作頻率在 25kHz 以上，避免了音訊雜訊的出現，二極體模擬模式則有最佳的輕載效率，同時還通過頻譜擴展模式改善了音訊雜訊的表現。</br>RT6339 提供了易於實現系統時序控制的 PGOOD 指示信號輸出，具有包括逐週期電流限制、過壓保護、欠壓保護、輸入欠壓閉鎖和過熱保護在內的完整保護特性。</br>RT6339 的封裝形式為 UQFN-23L 3x3 (FC)。
