RT6550A 是 Buck 控制器，用於為電池供電的系統生成穩定的電壓。其中包含輸出電壓 2V~5.5V 可調的 PWM 控制器和可輸出最大 100mA 電流的 5V 線性穩壓器。其他特性包括具有集成化的上電時序控制功能、內部軟起動功能和防止關機以後出現負壓的輸出軟放電功能。<br>由於採用固定電流漣波的 PWM 控制技術，它在工作時無需使用電流檢測電阻，對付再瞬變具有100ns的回應速度。RT6550A封裝為 WDFN-10L 3x3。
