RT7055 是立錡 sIPM® 系列產品之一，專為先進馬達驅動應用而設計。此 ASIC 整合永磁同步馬達與無刷直流馬達控制器、線性穩壓器、閘極驅動器、自舉二極體以及 IGBT 功率元件，形成高度整合的馬達驅動解決方案。 RT7055 針對永磁同步馬達與無刷直流馬達應用進行最佳化設計，可有效降低系統開發成本、簡化硬體設計、縮減電路板空間，並提升整體系統可靠性。透過高度整合的架構，開發人員能以更少的外部元件快速完成馬達驅動系統設計。 RT7055 採用 VQFN 13mm × 13mm 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 105°C。
