RT7075A 是針對 PMSM/BLDC 電機應用的二合一專用 IC，其中包含一個三相電機控制器和相應的 MOSFET 柵極驅動器，集成有 32 位 ARM Cortex-M0 MCU 內核和完成無需感測器支持的場向量定向控制所需要的週邊電路，含有 ADC、DAC、通訊介面、SVPWM 生成電路、看門狗計時器、電流檢測器等電路，具有欠壓鎖定保護、短路保護、堵轉保護等功能，可構成元件數量少、PCB 尺寸小、系統成本低的電機控制系統。<BR>RT7075A 可對三組半橋連接配置的外接 N-MOSFET 開關進行驅動，其自舉電路的工作電壓可高達 600V。它還內建死區時間控制，可避免外接 MOSFET 開關出現上下貫通的直通狀態。<BR>RT7075A 的封裝形式為 LQFP-48L 7x7。
