RT7084C2M 是一款專為 PMSM（永磁同步馬達）及 BLDC（無刷直流馬達）應用所設計的專用積體電路（ASIC）。此二合一 ASIC 整合多項功能電路，包括三相馬達控制器、三相閘極驅動器、三個自舉二極體、5V LDO，以及降壓轉換器（Buck Converter）。 RT7084C2M 內建 ARM 32 位元 Cortex-M0 核心及周邊電路，可實現無感測器磁場導向控制（Sensorless FOC）。此外，此 ASIC 提供多項系統級周邊功能，包括 ADC 輸入濾波器、通訊介面、溫度感測器、短路保護（SCP）及堵轉保護功能，以減少元件數量、縮小 PCB 面積並降低系統成本。 此外，RT7084C2M 可驅動外接 N 通道 MOSFET，形成三組半橋架構，並內建自舉電路。 RT7084C2M 採用 VQFN-32L（4mm × 4mm）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 105°C。
