RT7100是針對PMSM/BLDC電機控制應用開發的專用電機控制器，集成了32位的ARM Cortex-M0處理器和實現FOC和無需感測器即可實現的電機控制電路如ADC、DAC、通訊介面、SVPWM信號發生器、看門狗計時器、電流檢測器、欠壓鎖定電路、過流保護電路和電機自鎖保護等電路，可縮減元件數量和板面空間，實現成本最優化。由於擁有眾多優勢，RT7100可以在電機驅動應用中獲得廣泛的應用機會。RT7100採用TSSOP-28封裝。
